For hearing aid problems, yes, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. A full diagnostic hearing test needs an appointment because it takes about an hour.
If the manufacturer is one of the seven we work with (Starkey, Phonak, Oticon, Widex, Signia, ReSound, Unitron), then usually yes for cleaning, filters and programming. Parts for models not sold in the US can be harder to find, so please call first.
