Our clinic is at 3711 N 10th St, Suite 111, on the main north–south run through McAllen, a few minutes off Expressway 83. Free parking at the door, and the person who tests your hearing is the person who fits, programs and repairs your hearing aids.

We are on N 10th St between Nolana and Trenton, on the east side of the road. If you are coming up from Expressway 83, stay on 10th and we are about two miles north.

You will see Jordan Ortega, a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. He has fitted hearing aids since 2015 and has worked alongside ten doctors of audiology across five clinics.
Many plans include a hearing benefit through TruHearing, UnitedHealthcare Hearing, Start Hearing or NationsHearing, and we are a contracted provider for all four. We do not bill health insurance, Medicare or Medicaid directly, and we are not a VA provider. Bring your plan card and we will check what it covers.
Yes. Walk in Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. Cleaning takes about twenty minutes.

You do not need to live in one of these towns. Patients come to us from all over the Rio Grande Valley, from Brownsville in the east to Roma in the west, and families drive up from Monterrey. If you are coming a long way, say so when you book and we will plan the visit around the drive.
