A locally owned hearing clinic in McAllen, led by licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist Jordan Ortega.
Jordan Ortega opened Mid Valley Hearing Technologies in McAllen in 2024, after nine years working in hearing clinics in Indiana and Texas.
He wanted a practice where patients see the same person at every visit and where the hearing aid recommendation comes from their hearing test. The clinic fits seven leading brands and is not tied to any one manufacturer.
The name comes from the Mid-Valley, the stretch of the Rio Grande Valley the practice was set up to serve. Patients now come from across the Valley.

Ear wax removal and tympanometry are both done here in the clinic, so you do not need a second appointment somewhere else.

Jordan is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist who has worked in the industry since 2015, in five clinics across Indiana and Texas. He has worked alongside ten doctors of audiology and trained at manufacturer facilities around the country.
