- A hearing aid that has stopped working
- Cleaning, wax filters or domes
- A quick adjustment
- Batteries and supplies
- Asking us to check your hearing benefit
Walk in any weekday between 9 and 5.
Bring with you
Your plan card if you have one, your current hearing aids if you wear them, and any previous hearing test results. You are welcome to bring a family member too.

We talk first
Jordan asks where you have trouble hearing and what brought you in.
A look inside your ears
Video otoscopy on screen. If wax is in the way, we deal with it first.
Your hearing test
Tympanometry, air and bone conduction, speech testing and QuickSIN. About 45 minutes.
Your results, explained
Jordan goes over your audiogram on screen, and you get a copy to take home.

If hearing aids could help, Jordan goes over the options, your benefit and the cost.
