Who Signia are

Signia’s distinguishing technical work is on own-voice processing: the aid identifies when you are the one talking and processes your voice differently from everyone else’s. It sounds like a small thing. It is the single most common reason people take new hearing aids out and put them in a drawer.

They also make the strongest case on appearance. The Silk line is a ready-to-wear in-the-canal device that is close to invisible in the ear and needs no custom mold, and the Styletto line looks deliberately more like a consumer earbud than a medical device. For people whose real barrier is not wanting to be seen wearing hearing aids, that matters more than any spec sheet.

We fit, program and repair Signia across the range, including the Silk instant-fit devices. Signia was one of the brands already on the clinic’s original brand list, and Jordan works with it regularly. For ringing in the ears, Signia offers static noise, ocean wave sounds and Notch Therapy as tinnitus options.
