Jordan's background

Jordan started in hearing aids in Indiana in 2015 and continued his career in Texas. Over nine years he worked in five clinics and alongside ten doctors of audiology before opening Mid Valley Hearing Technologies in 2024.

Every single clinic I have left, I left in a better state than when I went in. When I was in Lafayette, Indiana the office was struggling, and when I left it was at $450,000.

What Jordan focuses on

Jordan describes his focus as "improving patient hearing and understanding speech as best as possible." That is why every evaluation includes QuickSIN speech-in-noise testing, why existing wearers get an aided and unaided speech comparison, and why hearing aids are checked in the ear at the fitting.

He also goes a long way to keep a hearing aid working:

If there is a hearing aid that is not functioning, I will do whatever I can to get the hearing aid working again without extra cost to the patient, to the extent that I have put back together crushed hearing aids.

What Jordan does

Jordan tests hearing, removes ear wax, performs tympanometry, and fits, programs and repairs hearing aids.

If your visit points to a medical concern, such as drainage, pain or a sudden drop in hearing on one side, he will refer you to a physician or ENT right away.
